For psychological testing or evaluations, a $750 prepayment is required at the end of the first appointment, if you decide to proceed with the assessment (otherwise, just $200 is due for that initial session). The deposit will be applied to the fees accrued over the course of testing, and any over payments will be refunded within two business days of receipt. Fees for psychological testing bill at a rate of $175 while therapy services accrue at the rate of $150/hour. The initial consultation fee is billed at a rate of $200 for 60 to 90 minutes.
