(Model) hereby grant to the Monterey County Convention and Visitor’s Bureau (MCCVB), the Photographer/Videographer assigns [Northstar Meetings Group], and those persons acting with the MCCVB’s authority and permission, the right to take and create photographs and video (in any format) and other graphical depictions incorporating my likeness in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter created (the Photographs/Video).
