L., a Luxembourg limited liability company (“SSMRC Lux”), SUNSHINE SILVER MINING & REFINING CORPORATION, a corporation formed under the laws of the State of Delaware (“SSMRC”) and DOWA METALS & MINING CO., LTD., a corporation incorporated under the laws of Japan (“Dowa”).
