This Amendment No. 1 to Land Lease and Solar Easement (this “Amendment”) is entered into as of October , 2024 (the “Amendment Effective Date”) by and between The Mission Springs Water District, a County water district, with its principal address at 66575 Second Street, Desert Hot Springs, CA 92240 (“Landlord”), and Trident Mission Springs LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, with its principal address at 1277 Lenox Park Blvd, Suite 200, Atlanta, GA 30319 (“Solar Company”). Landlord and Solar Company are referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
