This Class Action Settlement Agreement and Release (the “Agreement”) is entered into between the Settlement Class Representatives, on behalf of themselves and the Class, on the one hand, and Griffin (as defined below) on the other hand (together the “Parties”), subject to preliminary and final Court approval as required by Connecticut Practice Book §§ 9-8 and 9-9.1
