This Agreement specifies the terms and conditions under which Pender County Geographic Information System (GIS) digital data and/or digital data products shall be used where those data have been provided through a GIS Data Distribution Agreement with Pender County at the cost defined on either the “Pender County GIS Data and Map Price List” or in the case of custom projects, on the “Bill” provided with the GIS Product. In addition, the data user will not resell or otherwise use Pender County GIS data for commercial or trade purposes except as allowed by NC Public Records Law (NC GS 132‐10). Digital data products are distributed through the GIS section of the Pender County Information Technology Services (ITS) Department located at 805 S Walker St in Burgaw, NC 28425.
