The purpose of this instrument is to document the approval of Articulation Plans by officials from ACC and the above mentioned secondary school district for specified courses and/or programs in the below noted disciplines. This document provides a mechanism to enable students who have completed specified courses and/or programs at the above-mentioned ISD under the specific conditions to be granted college credit by articulation.
