Reading with Rover is a Washington non-profit corporation that is a community-based literacy program volunteering in schools, bookstores and libraries of the Puget Sound area of Washington. In this Agreement, “Reading with Rover” means the corporation, its officers, directors, employees and agents. Reading with Rover will make all the necessary arrangements to provide you with an opportunity to participate in the Reading with Rover program.
