THIS AMENDMENT NUMBER 2 is made and entered into this 8th day of May 2020, by and between Memphis-Shelby County Airport Authority, a body politic and corporate, organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Tennessee (“Authority”), and Allied Universal Security Services, successor to AlliedBarton Security Services LLC ("Company" or “Contractor”). Authority and Company may sometimes be referred to herein individually as “Party” or collectively as “Parties”.
