This Measure V Regional Project Funding Agreement (“AGREEMENT”), effective the 1st day of July, 2024, is entered into by and between Merced County Association of Governments, a joint powers authority pursuant to California Government Code Section 6500 et seq. (MCAG), and the County of Merced, (“RECIPIENT”) for the Hunt Road Rehabilitation project (“PROJECT”).
