This User Agreement sets out the terms and conditions for the provision of the Services between You - the individual or business which applies to use the service ("you" or “Individual” or "Merchant" or “Agent”) and Paywise Limited ("Paywise" or "we" or "us") a company incorporated in Trinidad and Tobago under registration number C2013061003860 the registered office of which is at #5 Albion Street, Port-of-Spain. Please ensure that you have read and accept all the terms before you indicate your acceptance. This is a legal document and by entering into this Agreement you are acknowledging that you agree to be bound by its terms and by our Privacy Policy.
