These terms of use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MWPharm Online platform (“Platform”) and constitute a legal agreement between the company MEDIWARE a.s., with its registered seat at Na viničních horách 1834/24, 160 00 Prague, Czech Republic, ID No. 26739488, VAT ID CZ26739488, registered in the commercial register by the Municipal Court in Prague, file No. B 8009 (“Company” or “we”) and the user (“User” or “you”).
