The SBA has made minor revisions to the SBA Form 1086, Secondary Participation Guaranty Agreement, to include the reinsertion of the Interest Paid to Date to the Loan Information table on page 2 and the removal of the Print Name labels on the Certification page. There were no changes to program requirements and program participation terms. The revised Form 1086 has been posted to the FTA Wiki, Downloads and Resources, and is available for immediate use. This updated form supersedes all prior versions and should be used for loan sales no later than January 31, 2022. Updated 1086 Field Descriptions instructions have also been made available on the Wiki.
