Each of the provisions of this Agreement shall be interpreted so as to be effective, applicable or enforceable in accordance with the applicable legal regulations. However, should any provision hereof be ineffective, invalid or unenforceable under the applicable legal regulations this shall be without prejudice to the effect, validity or enforceability of the other severable provisions hereof, which shall remain binding and fully effective, valid and enforceable. In the case of such ineffectiveness, invalidity or unenforceability the Parties agree to hold bona fide talks and agree on changes or amendments hereto that may be or will be required to carry out the intent of the Agreement and that will replace the ineffective, invalid or unenforceable provisions of this Agreement.
