This Revision No. 6 to Addendum No. 21 of the Master Memorandum of Understanding concerning the Regional Fare Payment System ("Addendum 21") is made and entered into this 19th day of October, of 2023, by North County Transit District existing and operating pursuant to Public Utilities Code sections 125000, et seq. ("NCTD”), the San Diego Metropolitan Transit System (“MTS”), existing and operating pursuant to Public Utilities Code sections 120000, et seq., and the San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG), individually referred to as "Party" and collectively referred to as the "Parties."
