This Agreement is entered into this day of , 2000, by and between , its successors or assigns (“Project Contractor”) and the Building and Construction Trades Council and its local affiliate unions (and their members) whose names are subscribed hereto and who have, through their duly authorized officers, executed this Agreement, hereinafter collectively called the “Union or Unions,” with respect to the construction of the Hospital, hereinafter “Project.”
