It is the purpose of this agreement to exempt, waive and relieve Releasees from liability for personal injury, property damage, and wrongful death, including if caused by negligence, including the negligence, if any, of Releasees. "Releasees" include the Birmingham Public Schools, Seaholm Men’s Soccer, Seaholm Men’s Soccer Boosters and their affiliates, including officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives and independent contractors, as well as parties associated with Seaholm Men’s Soccer and its events, including volunteers, boosters, coaches, officials, trainers, other participants, sponsors and advertisers.
