This Proof of Concept Trial Agreement ("POC Agreement" or “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the date of the later of the two signatures below (the “Effective Date”) by and between Cellco Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless, a Delaware general partnership (“Verizon”), with offices located at One Verizon Way, Basking Ridge, NJ 07920, and City of Foster City/Estero Municipal Improvement District, with offices located at 610 Foster City Blvd, Foster City, CA 94404 (“Customer”). Each of the foregoing is a “Party” and collectively the “Parties”. This POC Agreement is binding upon execution by both of the Parties.
