This Employment Agreement (“Employment Agreement” or “Agreement”) shall be effective as of January 16, 2023 (“Effective Date”) between the Board of Trustees of Northern Illinois University (“University” or “NIU”) and George Middlemist (“Employee”). The University and the Employee may hereinafter be individually referred to as a “Party” or collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
