MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT - MSAMaster Services Agreement • July 7th, 2022
WHEREAS: The PARTIES comprising SIYAYA Phambili Technology Solutions (Pty)Ltd and SIYAYA Phambili Technology Solutions UK Ltd, referred to as SIYAYA, and the customer, whether for the customer directly or the customer's customer as end-user, referred to as the COMPANY, have entered into an AGREEMENT to which these terms and conditions are attached. The AGREEMENT referred to as the MSA details the provisionof SERVICES from SIYAYA to the COMPANY. The PARTIES agree to be bound by these terms and conditions when SIYAYA commences providing PRODUCTS and SERVICES to the COMPANY.
