This LICENSE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between Escal Institute of Advanced Technologies, Inc. dba SANS Institute (“SANS”) located at 8120 Woodmont Avenue, Suite 310, Bethesda, MD 20814, USA ("SANS") and [Client Name] (“Client”). SANS and Client may be referred to in this Agreement individually as a "Party" and together as the "Parties”. This Agreement together with any proposals, statements of work, purchase orders, Non-Disclosure Agreements, SANS Price Quote (defined hereafter) or SANS Securing The Human Invoice (SANS Invoice (defined hereafter) referencing Client’s procurement of SANS Securing The Human contains the entire understanding between SANS and Client with respect to the transactions and matters contemplated herein.
