Pursuant to this Amendment, (the “Amendment”), CC Fiberlink, LLC, Charter Fiberlink - Alabama, LLC, Charter Fiberlink - Georgia, LLC, Charter Fiberlink - Kentucky, LLC, Charter Fiberlink MS-CCVI, LLC, Charter Fiberlink NC–CCO, LLC, Charter Fiberlink - South Carolina, LLC, Charter Fiberlink -Tennessee, LLC (collectively “Charter") , and BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc. (“BellSouth”), hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Parties,” hereby agree to amend that certain Interconnection Agreement between the Parties dated 10/08/2004(“Agreement”) to be effective March 11, 2005.
