This Agreement entered into by the Town of Stoughton, hereinafter referred to as the Employer and the Stoughton Library Staff Association, Massachusetts Library Staff Association (MLSA), Local 4928, American Federation of Teachers (AFT), AFT Massachusetts (AFL-CIO) hereinafter referred to as the Union, has as its purpose the promotion of harmonious relations, peaceful procedure for the resolution of differences, and the establishment of rates of pay, hours of work, and other conditions of employment.
