THIS SWEEPSTAKES PROMOTION AND FULFILLMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), is entered into this day of October, 2015 and is by and between Marcus Theatres Corporation, a Wisconsin corporation (“Marcus”) and Twentieth Century Fox Film Corporation (“Fox”). Throughout this Agreement, Marcus and Fox are sometimes referred to as a “party” and collectively as the “parties.”
