AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT BETWEENCellular/PCS Interconnection Agreement • May 22nd, 2012
This Amendment (the “Amendment”) amends the Cellular/PCS Interconnection Agreement by and between, Southwestern Bell Telephone Company d/b/a AT&T Missouri hereinafter referred to as “AT&T” (previously referred to as “Southwestern Bell Telephone, L.P. d/b/a SBC Missouri”) and he entities listed on the signature page of this Amendment d/b/a Verizon Wireless (“VERIZON WIRELESS”). AT&T and VERIZON WIRELESS are hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party”.
