I, the undersigned, understand that this is a contract between the coaching staff of a North Kitsap Little League All–Star Team and Myself. I understand that my participation on an All-Star team is a privilege and not a right. In order to maintain my status as an All–Star, I understand that I will be required to attend all practices and games and be on time. I further understand that I have no right to expect any playing time. Playing time will be at the sole discretion of the manager and coaches. I also understand that I have no right to a particular playing position. Playing positions will be assigned at the sole discretion of the manager and coaches. I am aware, that even though I may have been “a star” or “the star” on my regular season team, everyone on this team is “a star” and I might not get to play as much as I would like, or where I would like.
