(“DRLP”), Duke Realty Ohio, an Indiana general partnership (“DRO”), Edenvale Executive Center, L.L.C., an Indiana limited liability company (“EEC”), MV Minneapolis Lunar Pointe I, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, Dugan Realty L.L.C., an Indiana limited liability company (“Dugan”), Weeks Development Partnership, a Georgia general partnership, DUKE CONSTRUCTION LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, an Indiana limited partnership (“DCLP”) (collectively, “Seller”), and FIRSTCAL INDUSTRIAL 2 ACQUISITION, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, as purchaser (“Buyer”).
