This Agreement is made and entered into on this 17th day of April, 2006 by and between the Board of Education of Otsego Public Schools, Otsego, Michigan, (hereinafter referred to as the "Board") and the Otsego Education Association, (hereinafter referred to as the "Association"). It supersedes and cancels all previous agreements, verbal or written, or based on alleged practices, between the parties which are in conflict with the express terms of this Agreement. Any amendment or agreement supplemental hereto shall not be binding upon either party unless executed in writing by the parties hereto.
