These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) are entered into as of September 1, 2022 (the “Effective Date”), between IMEX America Ltd (“IAL”) and Orlando/Orange County Convention & Visitors Bureau, Inc. (“Participant” or “We” or “You”) for Exhibition Participation (Sponsorship) at IMEX America 2022, Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino, Las Vegas, NV (“Event”). We have read the attached Terms & Conditions and agree to be legally bound by them. IAL and Visit Orlando are sometimes referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
