This Path Mastercard® Debit Cardholder Agreement ("Agreement") applies to the Path Mastercard® Debit Card ("Card") issued by Patriot Bank, N.A. ("Bank") and represents an agreement between you ("you," "your," "yours") and Bank and its subsidiaries and affiliates. Bank is pleased to issue you a Card, which enables you to make certain electronic fund transfers to and from your Card account with Bank ("Card Account" or "Account"). You can find a copy of this Agreement on the Website or mobile application (the "Mobile App"). Bank does not issue, maintain, or service your Path Service Account (the "Path Service"), which is offered by ScholarMe Co d/b/a Path Co ("Path" or “us”), a separate company that provides certain services in connection with your Card on behalf of Bank, such as customer service.
