This agreement is a legal agreement between PDFTron US Acquisition Corp. (“PDFTron”) and the business entity or person for whom you (“You”) are acting (“Licensee”) as the licensee of the Software (defined below) (“Agreement”). You agree that You are the Licensee or you are an employee or agent of Licensee and are entering into this Agreement for license of the Software by Licensee for Licensee’s business purposes as described in and in accordance with this Agreement. You hereby agree that you enter into this Agreement on behalf of Licensee and that you have the authority to bind Licensee to this Agreement. PDFTron recommends that You print a copy of this Agreement and retain such copy for Licensee’s records and future reference.
