THIS MASTER JOINT OPERATIONS AGREEMENT ("JOA") is made and entered into this day of , 2020 by and between the Placer Hills Fire Protection District, an independent fire district, and the Newcastle Fire Protection District, an independent fire district. Each party may be referred to in this JOA as “party” or collectively as “parties.”
