Annual vacation may not be taken in the first four (4) months of employment. If leave is required, it must be taken without pay. Beginning at the start of the fifth (5th) month of employment, leave may be taken up to the total accrued, at a time mutually agreeable between the Employee and the Employer. Payment for annual vacation shall be calculated as: Employee’s annual salary/52 weeks x number of weeks of vacation.
