Beginning at the start of the fifth (5th) month of employment, leave may be taken up to the total accrued, at a time mutually agreeable between the Employee and the Employer. Payment for annual vacation shall be calculated as: Employee’s annual salary/52 weeks x number of weeks of vacation.
