Attached is a 3-year agreement from Davis Kirksey Associates for grant writing services covering the 2024, 2025 and 2026 fiscal years. A $500/month increase is being proposed. This would be the first increase since the initial contract in 2016. Moving forward costs will be split evenly between the city and DDA.
