This Commercial Credit Card Agreement contains the terms which govern the use of your Visa® Commercial Classic Credit Card or Commercial Cashback Credit Card, as applicable, and corresponding Account, and outlines your responsibilities and ours. You agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement when you or any Cardholder accepts, signs, or uses the Card or the Account.
