Rockefeller Empire State Plaza, Albany, New York 12242 (hereinafter referred to as the “State” or “OGS”) and Piper Learning, Inc. dba Piper, Inc., having its principal place of business at 2415 3rd St. #232, San Francisco, CA. 94107 (hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor”). OGS and the Contractor are collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
