This Advisory Agreement concerns the Rize Account (defined below), managed by Rize for the Client on a non-discretionary basis and pursuant to the Client’s authorization (“Rize Account”). This Advisory Agreement shall become effective on the day and year accepted by you. Client and Rize may each be referred to herein individually as a “Party” and together as the “Parties” as context so requires.
