Coordination (“Receiving Agency” or the “System Agency”) and The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, (“Performing Agency”), each a “Party” and collectively the “Parties,” enter into the following contract for Mental Health Wellness for Individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities MHW-IDD e-learning training maintenance services (the “Contract”) pursuant to the provisions of “The Interagency Cooperation Act,” Chapter 771 of the Texas Government Code.
