For good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, I hereby irrevocably grant to Sony Creative Software Inc. (“SCS”) and its affiliates, successors and assigns (the “Licensed Parties”), the absolute, exclusive and unrestricted right and permission to record, copy, reproduce, adapt, edit, summarize, copyright, publish, exhibit, distribute, perform and otherwise exploit by any and all uses and media, now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world in perpetuity (collectively, “Use”), my appearance, name, likeness and voice (as applicable) in any manner, format or context whatsoever with respect to the interview of me conducted by SCS on in connection with the SCS media software and services (collectively, the “Materials”). I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the Materials or the Use to which such Materials may be applied.
