By signing below, I am stating that I have received and read a copy of the Rules and Regulations as established by the Fayette Depot. I also agree my Organization/Family/Group will abide by the aforementioned policy for use of the facility, and we will be solely responsible for any damages to the Property resulting from the use of this facility, whether intentional, through negligence, or accidental, as stated in the policy, which also includes any guest.
