This AGREEMENT is entered into between you (“The Coach”) and the Mandan Hockey Club, herein referred to as MHC, a youth hockey organization for the 2020-2021 hockey season, which is defined as lasting from the date of signing of this agreement until March 31, 2021. It is understood that the Parties intend to be bound by this Agreement, and that this Agreement was signed in, and is enforceable, and that all references to the Player includes males and females.
