This Agreement (“Agreement”) is made as of March 25, 2021 by and between The National Bureau of Asian Research (“NBR”) and Frega Wenas (“Contractor”), and shall terminate on April 30, 2021 following the successful completion of the Services detailed below, unless sooner terminated or extended in accordance with this Agreement.
