These license terms are an agreement between TEL Software, Inc. (“TSI”) and you the user of TEL Software purchased from TEL-Software, Inc., Tel electronics, Inc. or any affiliated company of TSI or TEL electronics, Inc. Please read them. These terms apply to the TEL software you use (“the “Software”). Printed license terms, which may come with the delivery of the Software or any of its updates and such terms may replace or modify any on-screen license terms.
