Nutrient Low-Code - Master Subscription AgreementMaster Subscription Agreement • November 20th, 2024
This is a legally binding master subscription agreement (“Agreement”) between Nutrient (“Nutrient”, “us”, “we”, “our”, or “Licensor”) and you, which applies to the Nutrient Low-Code Products. “Nutrient” means Muhimbi Ltd t/a Nutrient, except where you are licensing Nutrient Document Searchability (formerly Aquaforest Searchlight OCR) or Nutrient Document Automation Server (formerly Aquaforest Autobahn DX), in which case “Nutrient” means Aquaforest Ltd t/a Nutrient. This Agreement applies to all components and materials we provide as part of the Nutrient Low-Code Products, and any updates for the Nutrient Low-Code Products that we may provide. “You”, “you”, “your”, or “Licensee” means the person who downloads, installs, accesses, or uses the Nutrient Low-Code Products (and, if you represent a legal entity, it also means that entity, and you represent and warrant that you are authorized to enter into this Agreement for that entity).
