accompanies or is provided in connection with this Agreement. By clicking the “Accept” button, installing, configuring and/or using the Software, you and the entity that you represent (“Customer”) agree to be bound by this Agreement with Striim, Inc. (“Striim”). This Agreement covers Striim’s Software (as defined below) and any services that Striim provides to Customer. You represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms. If Customer does not unconditionally agree to all of the terms of this Agreement, use of the Software is strictly prohibited.
