This GRANT AND IMPLEMENTATION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of July 13, 2012, is made by and between the Millennium Challenge Corporation, a United States Government corporation (“MCC”), and the Government of Georgia (the “Government”), acting through the Ministry of Finance (the “Ministry”). The Government and MCC are referred to herein as the “Parties” and each, individually, a “Party.”
