Its aim is to highlight the main provisions that may be set up concerning Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs) and the way that they can be approached by the project partners while preparing a Consortium Agreement (CA). Examples proposed in this Skeleton exemplify only some of possible Intellectual Property (IP) approaches and do not propose all alternatives for a given situation. For this reason, you do not have to follow them strictly in all cases.
