On April 26, 2010, the Orange County Transportation Authority Board of Directors authorized the issuance of an invitation for bids for improvements of the existing electronic key card access and video surveillance systems at the Anaheim, Garden Grove, Irvine Construction Circle, and Irvine Sand Canyon bus bases. Bids were received in accordance with the Orange County Transportation Authority’s public works procurement procedures. Board of Directors’ approval is requested to execute the agreement.
