This Order Form is issued subject to the provisions of the framework agreement entered into between the Authority and the Supplier on 6th March 2012 ("Framework Agreement"). The Supplier agrees to supply the goods and/or services specified below on and subject to the terms of this Lease Agreement and for the avoidance of doubt the Lease Agreement consists of the terms set out in this Order Form and the Lease Agreement Terms, together with the schedules thereto.
