THIS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), entered into as of this day of January, 2018, is by and between Montana State University Billings and the Montana State University Billings Foundation, a nonprofit corporation, and is valid through December 31, 2020. The agreement supersedes the operating agreement between Montana State University Billings and the Montana State University Billings Foundation for the twelve month period ending June 30, 2018.
